My team for "Applied Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare" at the Institute for Applied Medical Informatics and I are working on bringing machine learning algorithms and deep learning models into clinical reality. I support clinical projects that are intended to benefit from these methods from the early conception phase, through consultation on the recording and cleansing of data, to model development and critical evaluation in peer-reviewed publications. My special expertise are complex time series, for example in the form of sensor data and electronic patient records.
